From your first hello to your next school event, here’s how to get your family settled in at Grace and Grow.
Explore our school events and choose one that interests your family. Read its dates, age range, activities, and location details. Review any prices and lunch options in the registration form before confirming. All event times are shown in Arizona time (America/Phoenix).
Create an account with your name, phone number, email, and password. Enter the verification code sent to your email, then sign in. Already part of our community? Use your existing account.
Add each child’s name and birthday in Your family so you can select them when registering. You can also include allergies and care notes. Email verification and Ms. Allie’s review for parent access are separate steps. Some events require approved parent access; your account and the event page will show your current access.
Open your event and select Register when registration is available. Choose the attending children, their dates, and any offered lunch options. Review your selection and the liability waiver & participation agreement, then confirm. Your selected children attend every date you choose.
Your result may be confirmed or waitlisted, depending on availability and any age review. Check My Events for your family’s registrations. Approved parents with a confirmed registration can also open the event’s private community for updates and shared moments.
GOOD TO KNOW
You can browse public event details without signing in. You’ll need a verified account to register, and some events also require Ms. Allie’s approval for parent access.
Email verification confirms your email address. Ms. Allie reviews requests for parent access separately. Your account shows your review status, and you’ll receive an email when a decision is made.
Yes. Add your children to your account, then select who is attending when you register. Each child uses one place on each selected day. If any selected day cannot accommodate your full selection, your family joins the waitlist together.
A waitlisted registration does not confirm a place. A family may be waitlisted because a selected day has insufficient space or because a child’s age needs Ms. Allie’s review. Check your event registration for its current status and any explanation.
School announcements are available to everyone. Private event updates are available to approved parents with a confirmed registration through My Events.
Open the event’s details to find your registration and cancellation option. Cancellation handling depends on how soon the event starts; the form explains what applies before you submit. Contact Ms. Allie to change attending children, dates, or lunch.
