What we collect and why

We collect parent contact details, children’s names and birthdays, registration details, and any allergies or care notes you choose to share. These help us manage bookings, communicate with you, and prepare for your child’s participation.

Who can see family information

Child profiles and care notes are available to the child’s authorized parent accounts and school administrators. Linking another parent account gives that parent access to shared family information.

Photos and community updates

Private event updates and shared photos are available to approved parents with a confirmed family registration for that event, along with school administrators. Other families attending the event may see those posts. Updates on an individual child’s private page are limited to that child’s authorized parents and administrators.

Registration alone does not give permission for photography. Please discuss photo permissions with Ms. Allie. Remember that people who can view a photo may save a copy.

Messages and notifications

We use your contact details for account verification, registration messages, and school communications. Push notifications are optional.

Updating or removing information

You can update your contact details and child information through your account. To request removal of information or photos, or ask a privacy question, contact Ms. Allie at allie.alicia.caldeira@gmail.com.
